Happy Anniversary!
I love making cards using Stampin' Up's specialty designer series paper (DSP). This card was made with the retired Elegant Soirree DSP.
Those cute flowers were created with the Big Shot using the Bigz Dies Flower Daisies #2 and Sizzlits Dies Little Leaves. The greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.
